The Change Coefficient

So many times, over and over again, we hear about the inevitability of change. How Change is neither good nor bad, rather it depends on how you adjust to it.  And How change is often the foundation and motivation for growth and development.

So it comes as a bit of surprise to see people try so hard to resist it.  What they cant seem to  grasp is without change and the ability to change your mind, views and perspectives, you cannot progress in life.

Of course change is sometimes painful, but there is no greater pain in remaining where you  are, knowing that you could always have been better.  Sometimes you start to feel your confidence ebb away and begin to sound a retreat, but here are some famous quotes from world renowned men to get you through those fleeting moments of doubt.

Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.

When in doubt, choose change.– Lily Leung

All great changes are preceded by chaos.– Deepak Chopra

The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.”– Albert Einstein

“By changing nothing, nothing changes.”– Tony Robbins

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. – Alan Watts

Finalyy, my two personal favourites…

It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change. Charles Darwin

Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.- Stephen Hawking
Now is not the  time to doubt yourself, noow is the time accept what it is and adapt accordingly. The truth is, life will go on with or without you…

Remember, If you cannot change your mind, then you are not using it. stayy High
